1 bote de crema de calabacín y coco Bio Sun Mediterranean

150 g de gambas

150 g de setas

2 dientes de ajo

Preparación

  1. Cortar el calabacín en tiras finas y escoger las de la parte central más anchas.
  2. Pelar las gambas, trocear las setas y picar los 2 dientes de ajo.
  3. Dorar el ajo con un poco de aceite y sofreir durante unos minutos las setas, las gambas y añadir una pizca de sal y perejil. Guardamos el relleno.
  4. Por otra parte, en el microondas cocinamos las tiras de calabacín cortadas durante 2 minutos a 500 w.
  5. A continuación colocamos dos tiras de calabacín cruzadas ( formando una cruz), rellenamos con las gambas y las setas cocinadas y adicionamos la crema de calabacín Bio Sun Mediterranean y cerramos las dos tiras de calabacín formando el canelón.
  6. Por último, doramos en una sartén el canelón con un poco de aceite de oliva.
