1 bottle of spinach sauce Bio Sun Mediterranean

1 cup of chicken broth or vegetable broth

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon of olive oil

1 cup of white rice

Preparation

Blend water, chicken broth or vegetable broth with the Bio Sun Mediterranean spinach sauce and coriander until a smooth sauce is obtained.
Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat and add the rice. Lightly brown the rice, stir to make it even.
Add the sauce. Let it boil, lower the heat and cover the pot. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes without uncovering it. To check its cooking insert a dull knife, if there is still water in the bottom, cover again and let cook for a few more minutes.
Turn off the heat and let stand for 10 minutes. Sponge and separate the rice with a fork.
